What on the covering may look like catastrophe is really the old coming to an end in order to make way for the new. This doesn't mean that there will not be disaster as the changes take place. When a big company breaks down many lose their jobs. When there are earthquakes, many may even lose their lives. And, while such things have always come up in human history, it does not negate the complexities and disasters that occur.
